Primary Modules

Audit & Inspection

The Audit & Inspection feature allows you to conduct audits, inspections, and behavioral safety observations across your entire organization using a single, centralized software system. Options for pre-built or custom checklists are available to identify and assign non-conformances and potential hazards, and instantly initiate corrective actions to bring your compliance up to speed. The system allows for the ability of your organization to ensure regulatory as well as, policy and standard compliance. EffexEHS has the ability to generate reports to identify trends and is able to reveal areas of improvement.

Training Management

The Training Management solution provides the tools to be able to schedule trainings, document and verify training completions, and deliver tailored training content based on individual employee roles and requirements. The built-in email notifications remind employees and managers when training deadlines and certification dates are upcoming or past due. The software streamlines employee training and evaluation, and allows you to easily administer training programs across your entire organization using a single, cloud-based system. It provides assistance with identifying job descriptions and the applicable training requirements, to helping to create a culture of continuous learning

Document Management 

EffexEHS is a customizable and searchable repository for policies, programs, procedures, notifications, audits and other related company documents. A secure library of all documents, reports, training records, and permits are at your fingertips. Your team has immediate access to materials in one concise location. Documents can be found efficiently with advanced search features. Documents can also be shared quickly with other team members to expedite communication as well as Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and chemical management features that allow users to see the chemical footprint within the organization. We partner with all of our clients to ensure the platform is intuitive and easy to use.

Incident Management

Incident Management features deliver a cost-effective way to report, manage, analyze and ultimately prevent workplace incidents. You can track everything from near misses, hits and hazards to motor vehicle accidents and chemical spills. Your time is saved by centralizing all incident case records and supporting investigation information into one, easy-to-use system. Documents, photos, files, links, and other relevant information can be attached for fast, centralized access and reference. OSHA 300 logs and summary reports can be inserted for record keeping needs. In-depth incident investigation, risk assessment, and root cause analysis can be efficiently completed to help generate more effective corrective actions. Follow up actions can be assigned and tracked, including setting up escalating email notifications to ensure findings are resolved on-time. Workflow management settings give you precise visibility and control over each stage of the incident management process, from first report to incident closure.
